Taking your health seriously - my covid protocols

To ensure the safety of my clients, I have created a training structure that provides a clean, sanitized and personal environment for training sessions.  As a personal trainer, I only work with one client at a time with proper sanitizing procedures between sessions.  Unlike large, public gyms, there is no shared equipment or facilities during your session.  Click here for a full description of my COVID safety protocols and procedures.
