TRAINING DURING COVID-19

I believe that overall fitness is an important component to staying healthy, even during the most difficult times.  That is why I have created a three-phase approach for my clients to continue their training during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The effectiveness of my protocols depends upon the focus in three areas:

  • My personal protocols

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing protocols

  • Client protocols and participation

My protocols:

  • Only one-on-one sessions available.  No group or pairs training at this time.

  • Remain masked at all times.

  • Maintain 6-ft distance whenever possible

  • Self-check temperature before every client

Studio protocols:

  • Studio is cleaned and sanitized before and after every client

  • Hand Sanitizer and disinfectant are available at all times

  • Windows are open when possible to allow for additional airflow

  • Only one client is allowed in studio at any given time

  • Scheduled times include "buffer" times to allow for cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment

Client protocols:

  • Clients are asked to arrive at the time of their appointment, wearing a mask.

  • Clients temperature will be checked upon arrival

  • Clients must remain masked during entire training session

  • Clients should provide their own personal water bottle

  • Clients will be asked to sanitize their hands upon arrival.

  • Clients are asked to not come in if they are feeling sick or have been exposed to anyone with COVID or have traveled out of MA within the past 14 days

Personal, one-on-one training in a private studio is a safer, healthier way to maintain your fitness during this time.  I continue to monitor Mass.gov and adhere to all state regulations for training my clients.
